We, being the service providers for content and products available through our Platform, expect you to carefully review the offerings before making a purchase. Unfortunately, all fees paid to RACHIT ENTERPRISES for such services are non-refundable.
In case of a technical glitch during an online transaction where the transaction does not complete successfully, the amount in the process of transfer will automatically be credited back to your bank account through the Payment Gateway within the standard processing time.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, bank, or payment gateway, your service and/or subscription will be suspended without prior notice. Applicable chargeback fees will be charged to recover fees imposed on us by the credit company or bank.
Additionally, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored.
Instead of issuing a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing or transaction issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening any dispute for a legitimate charge from us is considered fraud and is not an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
If a refund is approved (in exceptional cases), the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
